Conditions for Return

Our return policy lasts 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Sorry to tell you that all international purchases are final, we only offer return service for quality-related issues products at this moment.

How to Return

Please email us at support@cannabmall.com with your order number and issue details or images. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible to return, we will provide the return address for the item.

Drop the package at your local USPS, UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

Damages or other issues

Please check your item upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We recommend that you insure packages being returned for your protection, as customer is responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipment.

All products come with a limited warranty. We will take care of all quality-related issues with a refund or replacement. International shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

If the defect arises and valid claims are within the warranty period, we will offer you a repair service or new components for replacement. International shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refund Timing

CANNABMALL will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. CANNABMALL reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
