    Order Confirmation

    As soon as you place the order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you. This means we have received your order and payment. Payment is captured as soon as the order is placed. In rare cases, if the product is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the product to become available, switch your product, or have your payment refunded. If the item is available for shipment we will submit the order for processing and arrange shipment. Please see current estimated lead times on the product page for each product.

    Order Shipment

    Most products ship within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order. Some items take a bit longer to ship since they are built to order. We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If a week has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.

     

    Free Shipping

    We offer FREE shipping to United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Austria, Poland, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, South Korea, Singapore, Japan via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or other major couriers.

    Expedited shipping is usually available for an extra cost. Contact us before your purchase if you prefer an expedited shipping method and we will get you a quote.

    After the order is processed, allow 7 to 10 business days for the product(s) to reach you. We can't ship to PO Boxes and APO. We recommend using a street/residential address instead.

    If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday. We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipments unless specifically requested.

     

    Shipped Outside of the Free Shipping Countries

    Nearly all of our products can be shipped internationally. Most quotes can be obtained at checkout. If not, please email us to receive a shipping quote. You may also place an order on our online store for items that require a quote and we will notify you via email on the exact shipping costs.

     

    Import Customs and Taxes

    All items shipped internationally may have VAT, duties, taxes, and/or local charges due at delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Please understand that we do not have any control for any duties, customs, and taxes laxes levied by the designated country. The cost varies according to different policies, so please contact your local customs office to get related information.

     

    Cancellations

    If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us ASAP. We charge a 4.5% (PayPal), 3.9% (credit card) order cancellation fee. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time. Once the item has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to shipping fees(two-way) by customer.
